We won’t perform repairs that cannot be done properly
If we do not have the capacity to properly repair your device, we will make that clear. If we know where it can be fixed, we’ll direct you there.
We value your time, and ours
Every repair will be completed as quickly as quality allows. No waiting a week to get your device back from a 20 minute repair.
If you have questions, we’ll answer them
To the best of our ability, every question you have will receive a straight-forward answer without beating around the bush, or using jargon to side-step.
WE only charge for work we actually do
Transparency is important. We strive to accurately show our customers what work we’ve done, and what materials we’ve used. That’s all you’ll ever be charged for: work and materials.
WE don’t charge for estimates
You should know what you’re getting into before you have to commit to a repair. That’s why we offer estimates at zero cost.

We use the knowledge we have to reach emphatic resolutions. Electronics are simple, and usually work like math. 1 + 1 is always 2, and we don’t see a need to get there another way. Keep it stupid, simple.
